How do I do this using HabboUI Editor? Client wise "HELP/EASY"

I want to change the colour of the tabs as shown on
the image but what do I need to find?
Also the client loading bar how do I make it go to the centre and not in the middle?

Both are in habbo.swf, the first one is a color code (found in the coding, you can just use HxD editor and it will be code=color.code)
