Hotel stuck on maintenance

So my hotel I'm creating is stuck on maintenance mode - in config.php it is set to false on maintenance. I've read that you need to change it in the database but one problem, I don't have a cms_settings table in my DB.

I'm using this CMS:

You must be registered for see links

Along with Habboon's Plus EMU database

Can someone please help!

Try going to /ase and there will be a button saying back to index, that's how I fixed it... Not sure why it does that, but it worked..

There was an SQL file in the CMS that I downloaded, called runme.sql or something, I ran it and reloaded the page and it was off maintenance

Ah, I'm using the same CMS. Fixed mine too.
