Hello Devbester users,

I need a Coder who can code RP CMS, Emus etc. That means they'll need to know C#, PHP, Html etc. I have got xampp, I JUST need the files and a coder/tech who will code a cms, EMU etc for me to OPEN a RP. I have NOT got the files or set it up yet.
