Help with take my retro to a domain

I have my retro on localhost right now and tries to put it on noip.com but it dosent work.
I have portforward port 80 , 30000 , 30001 and 3306. Can someone help me because this is verrry disturbing haha

Ehm sorry about my bad explains, i am not so good at english.
But i can't really setup my retro to a site so everyone can access it. If you or someone else could help me with that it would be great.

Easiest way to setup a hotel is go directly from localhost -> Domain , don't do noip.com because you won't get any users anyway xxx best of luck
