Parse Active Member Oct 28, 2013 128 59 Jan 7, 2015 #3 Go to you command prompt and type "netstat -a" (without quotes) and that will show you which program is using that port. You can also just change the server port you are using and make your life a lot easier. Upvote 0 Downvote
