Help Setting Up r63b Most Stable

i have r63 at the moment on a vps and i was looking to move to a new r63 with more commands? 'kiss' 'Rave" "Roll" 'spush' or move to a r63b stable emu if anyone with some real experience could help me i would be willing to make it worth your effort and time.
