HELP PLUS EMU

I need Help with a few things...
How do i change the Text on hotel view that says "Habboon PlusEmu Edit" because my habbo.swf is corrupted
Also how do i add furni in Plus emu like what folder etc...because i try too and the furni comes out as invis and i got a furnidata.XML what software should i be using

Go into your database using Navicat/PHPMyAdmin and head over to the `server_landing` table and change the text within there. Then restart your emulator.
As for the furniture, there are tons of tutorials out there, just make sure you follow them correctly.
