Help please!

Ive looked at afew tutorials and I've done everything right as far as I can see.
I'm using IIS not XAMPP and all I'm getting at localhost is this:

You are sure that you have installed PHP Manager for IIS? Otherwise you need to add the MIME map for it. And if that's not working, check the actions in IIS what's it doing with the .PHP extension's.
