Help i cant access my client

Hey there i need some help ok so i got my hotel set up and people can get into the client and play but me i can with my ip can someone help me. i can access it from another ip with the same account so its not have anything to do with my account if you can help i would apreaate it i hate driveing 5 mile just to see if i have added a furni. ): please helpp
