If you upload the new 3.7.2 database and use the new 3.7.2 emulator, you don't need to edit anything to RevCMS. Only update the SQL.

There is NO update SQL for 3.7.2.

1. If you are following a tutorial, make sure you followed it step-by-step.
2. Make sure you have entered the correct details in your configuration file.
3. Try re-installing ALL softwares provided in the tutorial you followed if when they asked you to install it, e, it was already installed.
4. Phoenix 3.7.1 doesn't exist, latest version is Phoenix 3.7.2.
5. And the error is self explanatory (MySQL: Could not connect to database.), what is your root's host? is the password right? and the database name matches the database name you have created?
