Habbo v26 issue : Not Loading?

I have made a retro on my friends computer. The retro works fine on his computer. So I just attempted to port forward the IP's (80,3306,21,20). I have looked on

, on all of the ports, and it says its able to be seen. I have attempted to go onto the IP used, and the site does not load.

Whats wrong with it?

I dont know you might have the wrong ip pfd?
