Habbo Retro Making Help

I was wondering I've been looking for Tut's everywhere like Here , ***** , Otaku , Google and the list goes on and I realized there are some good tutorials that explain how to make a retro but not the full story.
For me it feels like all its telling you most of the time is how to setup the CMS or Xampp.

I wanted to know if there was a Detailed Tutorial which explains clearly all of these things.
Setting up the CMS on IIS/Xampp
Setting up the SWF's and How you host them
Setting up the Emulator correctly
How to Host your Retro on a VPS
How to secure your retro , and fix possible problems and exploits on your CMS/ Hotel

Because In my opinion I feel that they Miss out the Later Important bits like VPS and stuff also some Tut's just tell you how to Setup the CMS and Emulator.

I might be wrong but this is the way I feel. If you know any tut's which explain all of this , Im all open ears.

And to your question, here is a tutorial on how to:

• Setup a whole hotel (emulator, portforwarding to make the client available to everyone, CMS, etc..)
