Habball Hotel is a community based retro, meaning anything you say is taken into consideration, to back up this claim we have a feedback survey any user can fill in if they wish to bring anything to light (problems they come across, glitches etc) This is located on the front page of the website to assure all users can see this. Habballs staff members will keep you entertained, this can be assured be them hosting events and competitions, also having a little chit chat with you!
How do I know I can trust Habball?
Habball has being running for over a year now. It was first a hamachi hotel then in December 2012 it sprouted into a lovely VPS hosted hotel. The owners only hires professional staff, as a non professional atmosphere is something no one looks for. Pretty much 24 hours of the day staff members will be present so do not worry if you need help, or have purchased something in game and haven't received it - there will always be staff present to help you!
Who owns Habball?
Tommy and Fag own Habball. Don't be put off by Fags name, (In England a "fag" is a cigarette!) They both have being running Habball since the beginning, it is a couple owned hotel meaning that all decisions that are made in Habball have two points of view, this is good because if one of us has a stupid idea the other can tell them it's dumb! We have being a relationship since the dawn of Habball so we work together very well, even when we visit each other we will just sit next to each other on Habball! (very sad I know!
