Good Monitors?

Hey guys, well as the title should've suggested by now, I'm looking for a good monitor/TV and I need some recommendations. I've searched but I can't seem to find a good one really.

The purpose of the monitor would be purely Gaming.
It must have a decent response time and size 20-30 inches. Price doesn't matter.

My suggestions:

1. Toshiba Regza (TV but come with hdmi so can also used as pc).
2. Asus Desktop, not sure whats its name.

Okay, monitors are really easy but people buy super expensive ones for no reason. I've been using an Ativa (Made by Office Depot) monitors for hella long. What you want (For gaming) is something like this:
60hz refresh rate (60fps)
1080p (1920x1080) unless you want a smaller/higher resolution. If you go on newegg and filter to that, and then select sort from price lowest to highest, pretty much any monitor there will work. Reading reviews is highhly recommended and make sure it uses the input you need/want (hdmi/vga/dvi)
