I am currently using BCSTORM r63b, But how do I give my moderators etc, Mod tools? I cannot find the table in db or I changed the commands list? Nothing is working? Any help

I havent used BCSTORM before, but in the database there should be something like rank_permissions or something similar to that. (thats what its been like in previous cms databases)
You can then define what rank get access to what.
To have the mod panel viewable they will need to have the basic mod commands allowed on their user level.
So you will need to give the user the correct level based upon its permission rank

Their is actually no table in the database like that.
