Can't Load Rooms

Hello, my friend currently has a retro and he is having issues with his swfs not sure if its them he is using RevCMS 1.9.9.9 With Phoenix Emu, It loads the client and then when you try to go into a room nothing happens just the nav goes away and your looking at hotel view the whole time anyone know what the issue could be?
