Broken loader.

ok i've been useing this hotel loader for a bit on my hotel. I came back at 7pm to find out it loads up with adobe shockwave and then goes black. my mate and i was on it at 3pm today and it was working fine. But for some reason its not working.
and no its nothing to do with updating adobe. i don't think it will work.
Please Help.

the other hotel loaders don't work ither and their from 2011.
