DreamWeaver is good just for designing websites and cost.
Sublime Text is good but cost.
So, if you plan on designing websites, then DreamWeaver is good to have, but for the actual coding I'd use Notepad++ or Sublime Text.

IMO it's terrible, I don't even like using it to design, but people like it for some reason.
