Avatar Generator Not Loading

I'm not here for support to make a Retro nor am I here for support to progress to make one. This is strictly for education purposes as it gets old to quick.
Anyways, When I post the username it doesn't loading the Avatar Generator for some reason. Everything is loading so far on the Developer tools just when I enter my username it does this.

This is still habbo retro related regardless of how long you will be on the project, and you are here for support on a habbo retro so I am not sure what you meant by that line? Regardless if its localhost or public if its retro related it needs to go under the correct section.

You have your register files as .html files for 1, they need to be php. When clicking register it says 404 not found so you don't even have the pages.

You're parsing the HTML as plain text somewhere, might be something within the code, can't really tell from just a screenshot.
