do you have any suggestions on how I can best fix the problem?

I would like to get it running... do you have any suggestions?

PS: I was unfortunately not quite found... have tried some things, but it is still there... and my MYSQL unfortunately does not work...

Should deploy IIS instead of Xampp. IIS is more beginner friendly once installed with the right components. Apache comes with a lot of developer items turned on by default , that you don't need and some are security risks.
