Xampp Problem

Close everything that works on port 80 for example Skype, Teamviewer ect

Make sure you installed correct version to your driver.

Check etc. you have running Skype, or ISS.

Stfu @ L33t no need to pay a nub. Also something is on the port 80 which apache runs on, check if port 80 is open and if not find out whats on it.

2#: You might want to think to change from Xampp To IIS,as Xampp is not the best option you want to use to make your hotel.
