XAMPP Apache and MYSQL

I recently download xampp for my windows 7 64 bit computer. Every time I go to start apache or mysql it doesn't start at all. I had this problem with my other computer and fixed it by changeing the port for apache. But in this case it doesn't work. Please reply and help

Do you get error when your try to start MySQL?

Nothing happens at all I press start and it will say Mysql started [Port 3306] but it doesnt say running

Go to command promt and type in [netstat -ao] after that look for the port which would appear on there like this [0.0.0.0:80[for apache]] then check the pid is says its using, after that open up task manager go to processes and click the view tab, after that click select columns and add pid to the ist of seeable columns, then just find the pid which was running on pot 80 [likely to be skype or teamviewer] and end it and xampp should work well after that.
