You have to configure MySQL before it will install.

Mostly you got MySQL installed before. There are two options for you:

• successfully install MySQL using another installer at
  You must be registered for see links
• reset your server and re-install MySQL using Web Platform Installer, if it didn't work then try the first option

Came across this multiple times, just restart and it will be installed
Like Tweeney said, there is a window, however it doesnt always seem to respond and appear once details have been submitted
