Whenever I speak, I crash?

I own a hotel, and I cannot sort this out, whenever I speak the hotel crashed? help plss !

UberCMS? Truncate your Chatlogs table.

I had this error beforre and rank 7 was broken. Make yourself rank 6, but change it to founder and not whatever rank 6 would usually be.

There are 2 causes for this:
1) Someone deleted an account in the users table or glitched their account so you must TRUNCATE your chatlogs table
or
2) You added anther rank that is not declared somewhere else (I can't figure out what text file you need to add another rank into to make more ranks then 7/8) meaning you have to put your rank back
