What would YOU want to see on a Retro to make you join?

As some of you may know, I own a retro which hits 10-20 daily. We're looking to branch out to more users to gain a bigger and better community.

We've added everything we think that makes it attractive to us as owners, but what would you look for to make you join a retro?

Any suggestions would be nice.

Probably new features, things that other hotels don't have, something to make it unique.
I tend to stay on a hotel depending on their catalogue Has to be full, organized, neat, have headers and teasers, stuff like that

I usually join a retro depending on it's community. Most people feel welcomed into a nice, funny, welcoming community. If the community are douche bags, I quit right away.

Something..... new?! - like catalouge, games, custom room models and maybe some sort of moral or thing to do.
