Hey DevBest members.

I'm working on Wrex v1, which you may have seen original version already....
So I'm struggling for some content, I want to make this unique as an Index ultimately decides if a user is going to join or leave.

So far I have completed my headbar. This is all from scratch.

First of all (since I'm assuming you're using Windows), is extremely better than Lightshot. (open source, lots of editing features, can upload to Box, Dropbox, Flickr, Imgur, and more with other plugins, etc.)

Also, a "follow on twitter" button would be cool. You could also use icons (or an icon in a button) instead of regular buttons to make them look a bit less weird.

Thank's for ideas. I have yet to make a Wrex twitter and the buttons just keep it all inline and tidy looking, do you know anything I could do for the spare space lol?

OFT; yes I'm a windows batty boy. Ill be sure to try Lightshot sometime

Being honest right here, Remove the green header, Change it to grey!
Now to the ideas;-

This is somewhat common to simple habbo themed CMS, try bringing in unique style mayn! Also You could do like, When a user clicks on "Username" field, The popup saying your username and similarly with password

Now lets come to the body, Don't make it simple and just add image, Infact you should do a facebook-like register, So if a user isn't registered they don't have to go to /register.php and can directly access the register page, Make sure , that it includes least fields, Like username-email and password or something like that, And add jQuery to it, So if a user enters a username and if that's already existing in the database, they dont have to refresh page but, It directly tells em' that user is already registered.
Next thing, Would be add twitter feed box (If the hotel uses twitter) and/or facebook feed box, <3_<3

Some great ideas. Let me start by saying. Wrex is a bright colourful theme of which my colour scheme has been decided of already, and it is easily changable, as I plan on adding a colour selector so they can pick Emerald, Blue, Red, etc. The username field popup sounds good but it's gonna be too close to the actual top of the page. I like the suggestion of the register on the index. But I have tried this before and it requries so hard work as it's all scripted to work on /register.php. But I can try I guess. I won't be adding a twitter box, But may enter a button as the box is clutter in my eyes. And Ill be sure to have a check name availability button too

Do you know the color scheme code of certain xenforo skins, on which anyone could change the color and it gives you Hexadecimal color box, Which lets you select em and they change in Live mode, You could add that to entire skin, But um You need to set your schemes accordingly, Also talking about jQuery, If you need help you could definately contact me and I'll be more than happy to help you out!

Along with Register in the body space, You could do "Live News" on index.php which can be fetched from database, and shows like they do on me.php but in a different way.
Also you could add, a contact form on the bottom footer, where if someone has a problem regarding the hotel, Like if someone can't register then, They can directly contact you on your email for that

And yeah one more thing is, Here's the site if you want to decide a color scheme -;

Good luck! Create it in sucha way that everyone gets wet when they see it, and not moan about it being the "same ol' shit" :up:
