What is best CMS right now?

I haven't been on in a while. Last time I was a little while after RevCMS 3 was released. What is the best CMS to use right now and where can I get it?

There is no "best CMS" they just do thing's differently. Although, i do suggest RevCMS for it's great support and ease of use.

Uber FTW when you remove jontys exploits

RevCMS - Exploit free (unless you use a bad theme) and has many plugins. It has a worse theme.
Uber - Exploits and has little plugins for the current theme.

Is RevCMS 3 still having problems or is it better now? All I found was 1.9.9.9. Also, what are the current SWFs?
