It's nearly done, I only need the CPU, motherboard & CPU Cooler. Is there anywhere I could improve on?

I am never a fan of Micro-ATX boards, due to some of their limited PCI-E slots. If yours has enough for your cards and maybe a wireless adapter, great! Other than that, seems like a pretty beast setup man. Good luck!

I'd say that you should buy me a computer. I'm poor :(
On a serious note tho, it looks just fine.

ram's heatsink + hyper 212's width might create an issue? I know I had to get a slim DIMM when i got the 212 evo. also why matx mobo? im blasted drunk and could do better!

bit late to the thread but I'd say to swap out that 980ti for a Strix 1070. More price:performance. Also, go for CPU Watercooling, it'd help if you wanted to overclock later down the line. I'd also say to knock up the power supply to a 750W Corsair M

Razer stuff is poorly built and overpriced. I'd recommend a corsair keyboard but don't have any preference for a mouse really.
The graphics card is being phased out and shouldn't be bought. GTX 1070, 1080 or even the RX 480 would be better value buys.
That SSD is pretty much the worst SSD you can buy. Pretty much any other SSD will beat that. You want to look for benchmarks on 4KB performance with SSDs.

Also, is there any reason you picked a micro atx board?
