Water like fluid that doesn't freeze

Title stated incorectly: I need a fluid which has a similar viscosity (Not like syrup) of water, but a lower freezing point. I'm going to be using peltier units, and they can get 65+ degrees below whatever temperature the shit it's cool is, and that will send the water in my watercooling loop far below 32f (0c), thus freezing my loop.

Anyone know of such a liquid?

Add salt. Keep in mind you need to make it dissolve in the water for it to work.
