[VPS] Phoenix 3.8.1 disconnects my friend [HELP]

Hello, now I have a VPS and done setting up it. And everything was going fine but one of my friends was disconnecting from the hotel. I seen the emulator and it showed SSO login error. Then I fixed it and now too it disconnects him but says:
