VPS Help (NOT HABBO RELATED)

Basically I got bought a VPS from HostSavor.com, and I was told that I could use Remote Desktop Connection to access it like most VPS but instead I can only get into it from the VPS Control Panel on something called a VNC Console, but that isn't the main problem, the actual problem is that while I can go onto the VPS It cannot go onto the internet.

Yeah I'm pretty pissed off. But does anybody have an Idea why this is happening & how to fix it ?

Could you help me I have googled this and I'm struggling to understand, I'm not trying to be spoon-fed but I genuinley have no idea where to start, Sorry.

You want to give me access to fix this? This is something your provider should be fixing for you.

Don't buy from HostSavor as simple as that.
If your service doesn't work properly, ask to get the money back?

Spoke to HostSavor, they fixed it quickly and sorted everything out.
So no need for more replies, thanks for the people offering to help.
