Vote didn't count/register?

I went to vote for my hotel as i logged into it as usual, but then when i went to findretros i found out that my vote did not count? and findretros still displays 1 for that day, which was not me

What is your ISP? Certian ISP's that are known for hosting servers/proxies don't count as a vote.

I'm currently having this issue... Votes aren't registering or counting. I've had over 20 users online today and had no more then 5 votes. Using just your API.
