VirtualBox - Transfer Files & Folders

Hello!

I am currently running VirtualBox (the newest version as of today) on my Mac OS X (Mavericks) and I am running Windows 7.
How can I transfer files between the host and the guest system? I have tried USBs but no USB is appearing on the guest.

USB wouldn't work on the guest, because the guest acts like a Virtual Server. Upload them to Mediafire and download them onto the guest.

I'm sure you can create a network folder, I remember doing it a while back when I had VirtualBox.
