Hey DevBest Well Due To My Stupid Hosting Issues
I Only Have 3 Options

Buy A VPS - I Cant
Buy A Dedi Server - I Cant
Virtual PC

Well i thought if i can host on a virtual pc? If that makes sense.....?

If you haven't got the funds for a VPS why not just wait until you do, that is what I'd do.

Your router will block it, not the ISP. If you get a third-party router you'll be fine.

No they wouldn't, a VPS has a super fast network, higher i/o speeds and much more.
