VIP permissions

Since plus emu have a different tier, rank_vip to give users who login vip.
Is there any table that has rank_vip as primary key?
I would like to set badge upon purchase of vip, as well as different vip benefit.
VIP benefits such as respect/scratch, different credits timer, different permissions etc

How do i go about it?

Also, users login with EVENTS badge, how do i remove it?
Where to locate credits timer?
