Click the tags, it are registered users. Used usernames are often not pruned. They might be if they are unused of a lot of years. Both of the accounts you shared aren't even 2 years inactive.

The chance you'll get either is really small. Next time, I'd recommend you to open a thread in Private Help & Support.
