You can fix up this thread a little, some spelling mistakes.
You say you have custom commands, list them, tell us the real features of your hotel.
now for the client, make the image transparent because it looks quite bad with that black background.

Thanks for the info any info helps as i am new to this.. only started retros less then 2 weeks ago... hotels only been online 11 days.

It's quite alright for your first time , some people don't even manage to get to this part.
Yeah it's true your web-site needs a little improvement, but I wouldn't be bothered by that, all retros today are somewhat the same.
It's all about IN-GAME experience, that's what most of the users care about.Your community is super user-friendly and that's what really matters.

However, i wanted to point out some things :

1.Your Index/Regi logo don't match (says Habbo on registration page)
2.When I successfully voted it redirected me to Findretros.com rather than to your web-site , so you should check your Findretros Page settings (Redirections etc)
3.Yeah, overall your theme does need editing , but start with basics first?I noticed some of your content boxes are messed up.Really looks awful so change that, and you'll be fine.

O!One more thing, what's the deal with that BJ situation on "Online Players" page. lol
