Tech's up now, but i'll be putting it under maitenence, soon and will be adding tech cms. The CMS, does have a background but in that picture there isnt one because it was a before picture.

I guess that this is just gonna be another edit of the normal version of roleplay cm's because anyone can change the colours of the buttons and the whole border so it's not really a developement and it's not really coding it's just searching up for the internet for license and adding some div boxed i would like to see more improvement instead of adding div boxes and changing anything and i also think that you wouldn't be able to code the whole layout that you've made in php so i wouldn't see mutch in this developement though that i wish you good luck and if it's done that i would like to use it.

Also 2 errors you should fix if you want to seem professional -

Change "Tech RP Join the Fun"

to

"Tech RP - Join the Fun!"

and you spelt the word "business" wrong, you put "buisness"
