[UNCODED] Custom Index

[Suicide]

Hey,
This is my very first attempt at creating a custom index in Photoshop.
It's only roughly taken me 1 hour to 1 and a half hours.

If anyone has any feedback \ would like to code it would be very appreciated as I don't have time to code it.
I know it doesn't have a Register button as I haven't created a Register Screen to match.

Awful font choice, the spacing on everything aggravates me and the colour scheme is weird.

I think the idea is good, I like the lack of a touch to the styles, try to put a bigger image in the bottom where the logo and text
