uberEmulator - iJakey v1 [R63]

Hello,

Recently I have been updating iJakey's uberEmu edit because it's one of the most Stable edits available. Since alot of people quite like R63 here is a R63 uberEmu for you. I haven't done anything apart from R63 fixes.

* NOTE: Do not use it past RELEASE63-32270-32136-201103182308_bf237194de1da0a2e57239673455a197 as it will error, alot.

So basically this is just someone elses emulator which isn't even the latest update? I agree it could be useful for people who have no idea what they're doing but you could maybe get it to work with the latest updates, i.e. Quests, Navigator, Fonts etc. You should also provide some screenshots of the actual emulator running rather of an in-hotel screenshot which could've been taken from anywhere.

Virus Total comes up clear.
