uberCMS .htaccess error

I am using a secure version of XAMPP and IIS just urge my nerves. I am using the original uberCMS and wish to edit it, but I can't seem to access the tpl links - for example, url.com/community - only url.com/community.php works.

How can I fix this?

IIS doesn't reads .htaccess, it onlys read's web.config!
