[TUT] How to fix character/avatar not visible when entering a room

This is for all the people that have ran into this issue and didn't know how to fix it!
KEEP IN MIND THIS IS ONLY WHEN USING XAMPP!

Alright, so a lot of you people have ran into issues when setting up your retro hotel.
But one that a lot of new beginners couldn't fix was that the character/avatar wouldn't be visible when entering a existing or new room.
This has nothing to do with your swf's unless you didn't set it up in the correct way.

Here is a screenshot of how the issue would look like:

In order to fix this issue you have to go to your windows search bar > control panel and then > clock and region:

You must be registered for see links

Now you want to go to Region (Change date, time or number formats):

You must be registered for see links

Then once you are in Region you want to press Additional settings:

You must be registered for see links

Now for the last bit, you want to find Decimal symbol and change the comma (,) to a dot (.):

You must be registered for see links

Now apply changes and you are done!

No.

The emulator is reading the wrong setting. That’s why this is happening, commas and full stops should be the right way round (English).
