trying to edit my catalog...

Hey guys,

I've been editing my catalog over the past few hours, sorting the categories out etc..

Then when I've came to sort out the actual catalog items in the table catalog_items_copy, most of the items which are featured in the catalog aren't in this table but are in the catalog...

Anyone know whats going on with this and how I can locate the furniture which isn't in the table as majority of the items are in German/Spanish which is why I want to change them. thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

I also encountered problem like this, but what i have figured out, the Catalog and Public name in catalog_items_copy is totally different from what is in the catalog. So, what i did is look on catalog id and sort out furnis in there. For example, you are editing on Limited edition but you cant find furnis on database, look on catalog id number 105.

I will try this now Majestic and let you know if it works, Leviathan, I'm unsure what I am meant to do sorry, can you further explain?

I have just used your example to try and find the furniture, put in my catalog_items_copy theres no page id: 105 even though in my catalog pages Limited Edition is 105 :/

Ah I understand now Leviathan, do I have to run the sql files as a query or just import?

UPDATE, imported catalog_pages fine, tried to import catalog_items_copy and this happened...

BUMP - ITS STILL DOING THIS, SOMEONE MUST KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS!!!!

you don't use import you nub. you right click on your db and click Execute SQL File.
