Team of hackers [HELP]

A hacker from a dutch retro forum today came on the hotel.
I Ban His ip , did not work so i go to phpadmin and delete his account then 5 mins later my site looks like this .Some how there acessing my database and messing it up.I change phpadmin pass.
I am stumped.
Is there anything i can do to prevent them?

Well if they still can access your files, they most likely uploaded a shell. You have to go through your CMS, see if you find any unsual files, or just delete all the files on your htdocs folder.Then extract the CMS again.

There is shit tons of exploits on Xampp if you do not know what you are doing and how to fix them. Then do not start a retro plain and simple.

IIS Is made by Microsoft.. Im pretty sure, It is more secure then xampp lol. & Yes It is stable, I Use it on my hotel

PHP Safe Mode = Off

Replace:

PHP Safe Mode = On
