When you say "development" team, what does this include? Is it just back-end?

I'll be downloading this soon and I'll have a go at developing a theme to be released in the market.

Yes, there is a plan for a plugin system, and if I'm not lazy to write out one, I'll try to provide a few examples on how to develop plugins for TangoBB.
