Hello,
I am 17 years of age (turning 18 in less than a month) and I currently attend college studying Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT where I am progressing onto the following year.
If you're wondering what I'm doing, I am applying in such for a support technician for a hosting company. I do have experience of working at a Hosting Company, if you may have heard of this hosting site, I used to work for BasicsHosting as a General Manager, my role was to oversee the support/sales technicians and hire people, throughout my time there I had spent any free time I had onto the hosting site, supporting anyone who opened up a ticket and doing everything I possibly could to help them in their situation.
