Some interesting news has been released on Sulake being sold to Orange Games. I've got the original link to the newspaper article and have translated it.

Elisa does not tell the price. It purchased the Fuse completely in 2013. Teleoperator Elisa has sold the majority of game developer Fake to Orange Games for Dutch digital content. Elisa's announcement will not tell you the purchase price. Elisa bought Sulake in its entirety in 2013 and now returns as a minority shareholder. Sulake has been part of Elisa's new business units. The company employs approximately 50 people in Helsinki, London and Madrid. It is said to continue as an independent company and there is no human impact on the deal. Orange Games's goal is to develop community games in Fuse in the future. - This is a really nice situation for us: We get a partner with a strong understanding and experience of game development, which helps Fake grow. Orange Games again gets their team's solid knowledge of community games and two popular games for its supply, "said Sulake CEO Liisa Puurunen. The Sulake in Helsinki is well-known for its Habbo game, with more than 270 million registered users since its founding in 2000. The latest game in the fuse is called Hotel Hideway.

Another source proving it true is that an ex dutch manager for Habbo joined Orange Games.

Not sure if this is good or bad news but either way, sulake has been reported to be sold so all projects are to be developed by Orange Games.

Doesn't seem real. Articles are an unrealistic source of evidence, and also surely this would've been publicly announced not just by a foreign news article? Strange.
