Submitting Help Tickets

Hello,
When i submit a ticket on PRODUCTION-201607262204-86871104 it says "You cant send a help request without chatting first!"
I've never experienced this problem before, I was editing the chatevent then changed it back to the default one that came with the emulator, and it's still doing it.
Any idea why?

Habbo have made this change, it's not the best error message though, as even if you type you will get this message.

However, if you type infront of another user it'll work fine. So the message should ideally be 'You have not spoken to any other Habbos' or something, this is something inside of the SWF.

You could change the text in external_flash_texts maybe.
