Post the original Staff.swf image, I'll edit it using Paint.
What hope has a retro got when it's owner can't move 10 pixels on paint, and so ungrateful at someone trying to help you!
With regards to your request though, what you just posted isn't the 102 enable, that's a larger and different staff badge as apposed to the ADM badge, putting it above someones head as an enable will look awful.

I do believe all of these attempts are not what you want to have on your staff enable. The badge is all wrong, use this.
To make it easier for you, i've put this badge into a Staff.swf, just replace your entire swf file.
P.S try to be more grateful mate, though DrPhil may have used a generator, at least he bothered to try to help you broski.
