SQL Import error

So I got this when importing the database:

No data was received to import. Either no file name was submitted, or the file size exceeded the maximum size permitted by your PHP configuration. See FAQ 1.16.

I know that the max is 200 MB
but now I use a old database but I get this:

MySQL Engine:

MySQL could not connect to database

also try to check the EMU that came
with it and it doesn't want to connect
So I when to the old EMU and it is connecting
to the database.

I'm running:

WabboCMS

any help?

If you tried using the old database, make sure you updated your database name in your config file.
